Per 5/3/2017 email from Jeremy James at Tate Ornamental: "In the process of bringing the por-rok to the top of the stanchion there will be minimal, if any, overspill. There should not be enough to cause any heaving in the coping above it. We will emphasize minimal, if any, overspill throughout the install process."
