WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26 7:00 - 9:10 AM: RDU to Ft. Lauderdale/ Southwest #1586 11:20 - 12:30 PM: Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau - Southwest #1857 2 Hour 10 minute layover w/ plane change. You will meet up with the folks flying in from Maryland & VA in Ft. Lauderdale and we all fly into Nassau together. 1:30 PM: Group Transfer to The Cove via Majestic Tours Meet uniformed driver with Merritt sign outside of airport building 2:00 PM: Group Check-In The Cove Go straight to Sea Glass Lounge where keys will be distributed 6:00 - 8 PM: Welcome Cocktail Party Ocean’s Edge Deck - See MAP on last page for location THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27 10:40 AM SHARP: Group Transfer to Hurricane Hole Marina Meet at front entrance of The Cove for transportation pick-up 11 AM - 3:00PM: Boat Trip 80-ft power catamaran Atlantis II Snorkeling, water toys, BBQ and drinks FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28 9:10 AM: Day of Golf - Ocean Club See golf page for foursomes and tee-times Non-golfers are welcome to enjoy a Spa service on us 11:00 AM - 5:00PM: Merritt Cabana at The Cane The Cain is the pool exclusive to The Cove. Come hang out at the Merritt Cabana for the day. Golfers, come by after golf for some drinks and relaxation by the beach. 7:00 PM: Cocktails & Farewell Dinner at NOBU NOBU is located in the Royal Towers inside the Casino. Attire is resort elegant, no shorts or flip flops. Jackets not required. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 29 10:00 PM: Hop cab to Airport. 3 hrs ahead of flight is the recommended timing. Up to you. Please note your return flights are on American Airlines.
