EVENT ROOM AMENITIES HD Projector with Screen, DVD Player, Multi-sized stage, & Microphone Note: Different amenities are available in different areas. Be sure to communicate with your Event Coordinator to see which amenities would be available to you. DRESS CODE In general our dress policy is neat and casual appearance. No soiled clothing, no excessively torn or tattered clothing. No excessively baggy clothing. Gentleman are not permitted to wear sleeveless shirts or tank tops. The only headwear guests may wear are baseball caps worn forward. Please visit our website for current dress code information as it may change from time to time. UNDERAGE GUESTS Underage guests are permitted to attend private functions if they are accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time with management. All underage guests must leave Nottingham’s by 9pm. We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. All guests are expected to have a valid photo I.D. PRICING For Menu Pricing please refer to our price list on pages 4-_. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to MD State Sales Tax, 9% Alcohol Tax, & 18% Service Charge MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 25 PERSON MINIMUM ON ALL OUR PRIVATE PARTY RENTALS Friday Evening Events Require 50 Person Minimum, Catered Buffet Saturday Evening Events Require 50 Person Minimum, Catered Buffet Events during non-business hours Require 60 Person Minimum Menu choices and guest count must be finalized and submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your event. Food quantities and final payment are based on the finalized guess count. Additional room charges may apply if the minimum number of guests is not met A $200 minimum deposit is required for all private events. FOOD & DRINK POLICY No outside food or drinks (including alcohol) can be brought into the building under any circumstance. Store bought and packaged desserts can be brought in if previously approved by the Event Coordinator. If you have an allergy or any other dietary restriction please discuss with the Event Coordinator when booking your event so we may best accommodate those needs.

Crudité A selection of fresh, raw, seasonal vegetables. Served with ranch dressing. Fruit & Cheese Tray Chef’s selection of seasonal fruit served amongst some of your favorite cheeses; domestic Swiss, pepper jack and cheddar.

Steamed Chilled Shrimp Served with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.

Chilled Southwest Pasta Salad with Chicken Tri-color pasta and roasted chicken tossed with a light dressing blended with Mexican spices. Caesar Salad Hearts of romaine tossed with Caesar dressing. Served with freshly grated parmesan and croutons. Garden Salad Mixed greens tossed with carrots, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Served with two dressings on the side. Layered Mexican Dip Our homemade black bean dip layered with sour cream, tomatoes, scallions, green chilies, and shredded jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with tortilla chips. APPETIZERS Buffalo Chicken Wings Oven baked wings coated in a spicy sauce. Served with Blue Cheese dressing. (BBQ wings available upon request) Italian Meatballs Bite size meatballs in marinara sauce, garnished with imported parmesan and fresh parlsey. SANDWICHES & MAINS Wrap Platter Choose one or an assortment of all three for your platter. Wraps may be cut into halves or fourths (‘pinwheels’)…please let us know which you prefer. - Turkey, honey mustard, white cheddar, lettuce & tomato on a whole wheat wrap. - Ham, swiss, lettuce, tomato & mayo on a flour wrap. - Roast beef, provolone, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato & onion on a flour wrap. (Tuna salad or Hummus may be substituted) Giant Party Subs Fully assembled and sliced for individual snacking. Each sub is cut into approximately twelve (12) pieces. SPECIALIZED STATIONS All specialized stations are based on two hours and require an attendant at an additional fee. Carving Station Choices: - Oven Roasted Turkey Breast - Honey Baked Ham - Roast Beef Served with dinner rolls, horseradish, au jus and/or mustard. (A $75 carver fee will be assessed per attendant.) Pasta Station Your pasta attendant will make each dish to order. The station will include two types of pasta, three sauces (marinara, alfredo, and pesto), assorted vegetables and choice of two proteins (chicken, meatballs and/or sausage). Seafood options are available

with an upcharge. Served with dinner rolls & butter. (A $75 carver fee will be assessed per attendant.)

Drink Ticket Service Nottingham’s will provide the host with drink tickets. The host will distribute tickets to their guests as they determine. Service will be provided on a cash and carry basis. NOTTINGHAM’S EVENT CONTRACT Thank you for choosing Nottingham’s to host your special event. We will do everything possible to make certain your event is a huge success! We’re here to make your job easier so you can relax and enjoy. Here are some of the basic items you’ll need to know in order to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion. - A $ 200 minimum deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Cancellations must be made at least30 days prior to your event. Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice. - Menu choices and guest count must be finalized and submitted at least (7) days prior to your event. Food quantities and final payment are based on the finalized guest count. - An 18% event service charge will be added to your final bill which is subject to MD State Sales Tax. - At the conclusion of your event we request that final payment is in the form of cash or charge. All sales are subject to applicable state taxes. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment. - Due to the nature of our business your guests are expected to vacate the party room at the conclusion of the event, as the room may be needed for another private event. If the space is available we welcome you and your guests to enjoy the space. Billiards and shuffleboard charges may apply. - Your signature indicates you have read and understand our General Information & Policies as stated in our General Information Special Event/Catering Menu. - Nottingham’s requires all guests to be 21 years of age or older and must show proper identification .
