Crudité A selection of fresh, raw, seasonal vegetables. Served with ranch dressing. Fruit & Cheese Tray Chef’s selection of seasonal fruit served amongst some of your favorite cheeses; domestic Swiss, pepper jack and cheddar.

Steamed Chilled Shrimp Served with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.

Chilled Southwest Pasta Salad with Chicken Tri-color pasta and roasted chicken tossed with a light dressing blended with Mexican spices. Caesar Salad Hearts of romaine tossed with Caesar dressing. Served with freshly grated parmesan and croutons. Garden Salad Mixed greens tossed with carrots, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Served with two dressings on the side. Layered Mexican Dip Our homemade black bean dip layered with sour cream, tomatoes, scallions, green chilies, and shredded jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with tortilla chips. Warm Crab Dip A Maryland classic served with assorted crackers. Spinach & Artichoke Dip Warm spinach & artichoke dip served with tortilla chips.
