How do I add funds to my Market Account? You can add funds to your Market Account by: 1) Inserting cash into the kiosk (see “How do I purchase an item with cash?). 2) Going online and adding funds with debit/credit. Visit www.MyKioskCard.com. An email address is required to setup your online account (see “How do I manage my Market Account Online”). 3) Accessing the mobile app and adding funds with debit/credit. Search “Avanti Markets” in your mobile app store. An email address is required to setup your online account (see “How do I manage my Market Account Online”). How do I manage my Market Account online? In order to access your Market Account online, you will have to assign an email address to your account. Visit the kiosk, scan your market card or fingerprint, click “My Market Account” and add your email address. You will then receive an email from MyKioskCard.com with more information. After you create an online account, visit www.MyKioskCard.com to view your balance, add funds and check you purchase history. Is there a mobile app? Yes! Search “Avanti Markets” in your mobile app store. You will need your online account login information (see “How do I manage my Market Account online?”). You can view your balance, add funds and check your purchase history. The app also stores a copy of your Market Card barcode in case you do not have it handy or have misplaced your card. How do I check the price of an item? Select the item you wish to price-check from the shelf or refrigerator, bring it to the kiosk and scan the item. The price will pop up on the screen. If you wish to purchase the item, continue as prompted on the screen. If you do not wish to purchase the item, click “Cancel” and return the item to the shelf or refrigerator. How often is the market restocked? The market is restocked two to three times a week. Inventory is monitored regularly, and Monumental Markets reviews purchase trends to adjust the items offered in your market. For example, if one item sells out daily, a larger abundance of that item will be provided. Additionally, new items will be added to your market based on purchase trends. The food refrigerator is locked. Why did this happen and what do I do? This refrigerator is temperature-sensitive. If the temperature inside the refrigerator exceeds 41 degrees, the refrigerator locks itself to keep the perishable items from spoiling. If the fridge is locked, please call 301-595- 4909 or email customerservice@monumentalmarkets.com so Monumental Markets can send a technician. For this reason, we ask all customers to shop with the door closed. Once you know what item(s) you wish to purchase, open the refrigerator and proceed. Please DO NOT leave the door open while you shop. Other questions?
